Sunday Slackers Unite

So my daughter and friend decide to take me up on the 14 and younger split the tri challenge. These are the best motivators I have and yet they still have made more trips to the gym. Both George and I are impressed at how they continue to motivate each other. Way to go Allie and Olivia!

Also, Karen wants to know where the weight loss is. Please help Karen with this by posting your answers to this very good question.

  1. Ok I can run 5 miles, ride my bike to Egg and I and swim to the “swim up bar” for good measure. Does that qualify? Why can’t you have a boot camp or Fat Cougars competition (instead of Fat Bastards) and I would be all over it!

  3. Ok - I am officially signed up for this torture. I have no idea how I will get the bike miles in - may have to do some spin classes. Do they count for about 50 miles a piece? Right now I am at 3.25 miles for the swim, 10 for the run, but I've been sick. Now I have no excuse. Thanks for helping to motivate Jeneen - you're a good friend! By the way, regarding the weight loss, if I lose half a pound after this I will be surprised!
